Beställning

Säljs endast i Sverige på denna webbsidan.

Beställning kan göras via web shop, telefon, post eller e-post.

Tillkommer fraktkostnader samt eventuellt kostnad för betalningssätt enligt betalningsvillkoren.

Leverans

Varan levereras så fort som möjligt till anmälda adressen.

Vi levererar order från privatpersoner till ett av postnord ombud

Betalningsvillkor

Samtliga priser anges i svenska kronor inklusive moms. Eventuell fraktkostnad tillkommer. Varorna levereras efter att betalning genomförts via “Payson” om inget annat överenskommits.

Leveransvillkor

Fritt vårt lager i Kristinehamn eller enligt överenskommelse.

Vid saknat eller skadat gods skall detta anmälas omgående till chauffören/fraktbolaget.

Returrätt

Som privatperson har man rätt att ångra distansköp inom 14 dagar. Man får pengarna tillbaka om man returnera varan i obruten och hel originalförpackning. Kontakta oss.

Obs! Beställda varor måste hämtas/tas emot. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att debitera  er för samtliga kostnader som uppstår om vi får tillbaka paket som inte hämtats ut av er.

GDPR personuppgifter

Med anledning av EU:s nya dataskyddsförordning kallad GDPR av 25/, 2018.

Ni som kund har rätt enligt dataskyddsförordningen att få information om hur vi hanterar era uppgifter och även rätten att få era uppgifter ändrade eller raderade.

De personuppgifter som vi sparar är namn, adress, telefon-nummer, mailadress och personnummer och detta sparas så länge ni väljer att vara kund hos oss samt 7 år enligt bokföringslagen. Ni kan närsomhelst ta kontakt med oss om ni vill ändra eller radera vissa personuppgifter eller ta bort er helt som kund hos oss. Vi ger Inte ut några personuppgifter till andra företag eller privatpersoner utan dessa sparas endast för att vi ska kunna erbjuda er att handla och leverera de varor ni önskar samt kunna ta betalt av er.

Ordering

We deliver orders from private individuals to one of “Postnords” agents.

In case of missing or damaged goods, this must be notified immediately to the driver / freight company.

Terms of payments

All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor including VAT. Any shipping cost will be added. The goods are shipped after payment has been made via “Payson” unless otherwise agreed.

About PaysonFaktura
We offer the payment method “PaysonFaktura” in cooperation with Payson AB. Payment terms are 14 days. To be able to order an invoice, you must be 18 years old and be registered in Sweden and approved in the credit test performed at the time of purchase. The invoice will be sent separately by e-mail to the e-mail address you specify at the time of purchase. In case of late payment, we will send a payment reminder, whereby statutory reminder fee of currently SEK 60 will be added. We also charge late payment by 2% per month from the due date of the invoice. In the event of non-payment, the case will be filed with a debt collector with a statutory collection fee of currently 180 SEK. Payson reserves the right to refuse delivery on a case-by-case basis and review the creditor’s creditworthiness.

Information about right of withdrawal
Under the Distribution and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw the agreement by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In order for you to use your right of withdrawal, you must return the item in undamaged condition, in original packaging. When using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return.
Note Ordered goods must be collected / received. We reserve the right to charge you for all costs incurred if we receive back packages not collected by you.

Information about mortgages
Upon payment with PaysonFaktura, the invoice will be pledged to Payson and then to SVEA Ekonomi AB, 556489-2924.

You as a customer are entitled under the Data Protection Ordinance to get information about how we handle your data and also the right to have your data changed or deleted.
